In 2006 I traveled to Costa Rica twice
in order to research tropical plants &
experience what the locals refer to as
Pura Vida! It's a tough job, but
someone has to do it.
I got to see some magnificent tropical
plants in their natural setting
(straight jungle) as well as learn
about some of the threats recent land
development and poaching of wild
plants are having on some species.
Having traveled many places in my
life I can honestly say that everyone
should visit Costa Rica at least once in
order to experience nature it's best.
